Policies before you book
- Refund & Cancellation — free cancellation up to X days before check-in
- Security Deposit — held at booking, released after check-out (no charge if no damage/extras)
- Terms of booking — holding a room is binding once confirmed
The room rate is charged online via Stripe at booking; the security deposit is only held on your card and released after check-out. Guest bookings (no account needed) are held 15 minutes while payment is completed.
